1/2CupFlat Leaf Parsley
4ClovesGarlic
2TBSRed Wine Vinegar
1/2CupExtra Virgin Olive Oil
1TSPDried Oregeno
1-2TSPRed Pepper Flakes
1TSPSalt

Instructions
Finely chop the parsely and mince the garlic.
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix together.
