Chimichurri recipe on steak

Chimichurri

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Italian Parsley
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 3-4 Cloves Finely Minced Garlic
  • 2 TBS Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 3/4 TSP Dried Oregeno
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 TSP Hot Sauce Optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and let sit for at least 30 minutes. 24 hours is ideal. Then enjoy on beef, chicken, vegetabes and more.
